  • Must have hands-on experience in all the latest IT Technical requirements like - AWS, AZURE, DevOps,dotnet, MVC, Angular
  • Should have experience in the complete life cycle of recruitment from Sourcing till On-boarding
  • Focus on sourcing quality resumes through headhunting, job portals, and networking sites
  • Handling full life cycle of a full time IT recruitment process, end to end recruitment
  • Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Efficiently manage the recruitment process and actively involved in each phase of it - Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement
  • Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications as per clients requirements
  • Lining up a shortlisted candidate for interview
  • Coordinate with the shortlisted candidates and client relationship team
  • Taking Feedback from clients and candidates after the interview
  • Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding
