- Must have hands-on experience in all the latest IT Technical requirements like - AWS, AZURE, DevOps,dotnet, MVC, Angular
- Should have experience in the complete life cycle of recruitment from Sourcing till On-boarding
- Focus on sourcing quality resumes through headhunting, job portals, and networking sites
- Handling full life cycle of a full time IT recruitment process, end to end recruitment
- Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Efficiently manage the recruitment process and actively involved in each phase of it - Interaction with the candidates and briefing them about the requirement
- Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications as per clients requirements
- Lining up a shortlisted candidate for interview
- Coordinate with the shortlisted candidates and client relationship team
- Taking Feedback from clients and candidates after the interview
- Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding
