Windows Server Level 1 System Administrator Key Skills:
Candidates with 1 year experience in Server Administration /Web-hosting(Ready to provide Support via Phone calls and Email).
Willingness to work in shifts(24X7).
Ideal part of profile is to manage, monitor the Web application and server database server which is done remotely from the office location itself.
Looking after the issues for all Windows 2008, 2012, 2016 and IIS/.net framework installation related issues.
Good knowledge of Windows 2008, 2012 & 2016 administration, .Net Framework, IIS roles etc.
Experience with Windows hosting control panels like Plesk & Website panel and providing technical support to the customers using it.
Good communication skills required. Ability to work/coordinate with other teams.
Good knowledge of MS SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2014 & 2016 administration (SQL installation & Backup & Restore tasks)
Problem investigation, troubleshooting and resolution.
Proactive on potential customer issues and IT environment health.
Familiar with remote Troubleshooting methods.
Knowledge of Active Directory: support AD, manage Domain Controllers and member servers
Manage Group Policy and User Account creation, security, and auditing
Deploy software, Remote Printer management & Knowledge of Office 365 solutions
