Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR
professional with expertise in setting up startups in any domain ( preferred
civil or interiors) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that support the growth
and success of our startup. They will work closely with the executive team to
identify talent needs, develop recruiting strategies, and build a strong team culture.
Role and Responsibilities

Recruiting and hiring employees may include
posting job listings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making
hiring decisions.

Overseeing employee benefits and compensation,
including managing health insurance and retirement plans, salary surveys, and
ensuring statutory compliance with laws and regulations related to employee
compensation.

Managing employee relations may include addressing
complaints, resolving disputes, enforcing company policies, and mediating
employee conflicts.
·
Managing employee performance may include
setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
·
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and
regulations, such as workplace safety, discrimination, and wage and hour laws.
·
Creating and implementing policies and
procedures related to human resources, such as hiring, termination, and
promotions.
·
Collaborating with other departments and
managers to align human resources strategies with company goals.
·
Keeping updated with the latest developments in
human resources management and making recommendations for improvements.
Required Skills
·
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business
administration, or a related field.
·
10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles,
preferably in the civil or interiors domain and with a focus on startup
environment.
·
Have previously experience for vertical hiring.
·
Have vision to hire 100-200 employee in 1 or 2
years period of time.
·
Several years of human resources experience,
including recruiting, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
·
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
and best practices in human resources management.
·
SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.
·
Strong leadership and management skills and the
capability to work well with a team.
·
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
and strong relationships with employees and other stakeholders.
·
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and
the ability to think strategically.
·
Ability to quickly acquire or proficiently with
the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
·
Strong attention to detail and organizational
skills.
·
Strong computer skills and proficiency in using
HR-related software.
