· Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture.
· Take a a solutions and consultative sell approach to ensure Client’s needs are accurately met.
· Liaison with Solution manager and Development team to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales team.
· Ensure that the Pre-Sales resources evolve in line with the Sales Teams stated requirements.
· Attend scheduled client meetings.
· If required, acts as a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customer’s expectation and initial proposals.
· Present effective and professional presentations on i2k2 products and services.
· Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as i2k2 policies.
· Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and industry associated meetings/events and Seminars. Provide feedback to Sales Head.
